    We arrived about 45 minutes before closing time. The service was not only excellent, but so was the food. The Green Chile burger was delicious. The wait staff was very accommodating of the children in our party. We got our food about fifteen minutes after ordering. Although we didn't finish our dinner until after their closing time, they didn't rush us out.

    We will definitely return!

    Decent food but guess they aren't fond of out of towners as the service was openly rude. Literally got drive through service - they took our order, then dumped our food and never spoke to us again or in between. Seriously, not a single word. As she dropped off the food she was speaking to another server. Even as I went to pay and asked for a to go container she wordlessly slung one across the counter and walked off. We had our kids with us but they ordered with please and thank you, didn't make a mess, and we took them outside to kill time.

    Damn shame - the reviews here are decent but they treated my family like they caught us peeing in a corner.

    I wish I had thought to take pictures of the amazing food. This is a great family owned place and the food was excellent. The mashed potatoes were homemade and you have to love a restaurant that goes the extra mile with that. If you're in Cloudcroft, go here. You won't be sorry.

    Nice establishment, nice people and the food is good as well. The only issue I've had multiple times is waiting up to an hour Everytime I've come to eat, rusty boots cafe is very understaffed and slow, not spot on with orders as well. Wish I had a better review.

    I love the burgers at Dusty Boots Cafe! I had a green chili burger and sweet potato fries and it was delicious! The burger was huge and cooked perfectly and the sweet potato  fries were crisp on the outside ander tender on the inside. If you are in Cloudcroft then this is the place to eat!
